Ruth Nirere popularly known as Miss Shanel is a Rwandan singer and actress based in Paris, France. She was born in Rwanda and is popular for the song Ndarota which she released at the age of 13 in 1998.

Miss Shanel Career

  • In 2004, she won the Never Again competition.
  • Also in 2004, she released two singles which earned her much recognition.
